We Thought of Men Too
Blog

In the past, aesthetic surgery made people think only of women. The modern world, however, is moving towards a unisex future day by day. From rhinoplasty to facelift, from liposuction to buttock implants (silicone), from tummy tuck to breast reduction, many procedures are now requested by men as well. I am not even counting non-surgical dermocosmetic treatments such as fillers, mesotherapy, platelet-rich plasma and laser hair removal. None of these is taboo any more. As someone born and raised in Anatolia, I witness moment by moment how the thinking of the people around me, myself included, is changing. This is wonderful. Life is the most beautiful gift you have been given, and the effort to make it more beautiful deserves appreciation. It shows how aware you are of yourself and of the gift you have been given.

Of course, there are also some gender-specific differences between female and male aesthetics. However sacred motherhood may be, we cannot ignore the damage it leaves on our bodies. And what about the curse of cellulite? In a thoroughly sexist way, it has chosen to haunt women. And what can we say about breast sagging?

Although women are hardly aware of them, there are also some special procedures aimed at men and belonging only to their world. Even though women can request it too, we can make the body muscles more defined with the method called Hi-Def. Thickening and lengthening procedures for the penis are also discreetly requested topics. And the surgical treatment of premature ejaculation, which is little known and performed by very few surgeons, is of course possible in suitable patients. Apart from these, hair transplantation is another favourite procedure among men and is frequently performed at our centre.

In short, men, you are not alone. You can share your thoughts with us on any subject.
