When we try to talk about aesthetics on the basis of the fundamental principles of human existence, before womanhood, quite a few of our female patients (those who feel close to us) say: “Doctor, what are you talking about, I can't even climax.” It is a sad situation. Because sexuality, which arises from our primitive drives, is in fact an extremely simple concept on which we should not spend more time than other animals do. Yet, unfortunately, it has become a bigger issue than it should be, it has overtaken our other life goals, and we are still spending our lives for its sake – or, if we are not, we are unhappy.
