– Are you ready?

– I don't know (you smile).

– Still nervous?

– No, they gave me a medicine, I think it relaxed me.

– Yes, it's like being tipsy; the good part is you don't have to tip the bartender.

– :) Sounds nice.

– Have you said goodbye to your nose? You won't see it again 🙂

– I hope it turns out nice 🙂

– Don't worry, there's no reason for it not to. Did you fill in the dream form?

– The what?

– The dream form… You tick what kind of dream you'd like to have, and they give the anaesthetic accordingly.

– I didn't fill in anything. But I think you're joking 🙂

– Not at all. Wait and see, we'll choose for you 🙂

– Will I remember all this?

– I don't think so. That's why I'll write it down later and post it on Facebook, you can read it there.

– Don't write my name, though…

– I won't.

– Then how will I know it was our conversation?

– When you read it, your subconscious will whisper it to you.

– I won't like or share it, though…

– That's fine, I'll have kept my promise.

– OK 🙂 I think we're starting, will you hold my hand?

– Of course 🙂 See you after surgery, sleep well now 🙂

(I kept my promise.)
